Acceptable Use
You agree to use pdforte only for lawful purposes. You must not use pdforte to:
- Process or distribute documents in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of any systems
Third-Party Services
pdforte allows optional integration with third-party AI translation providers (DeepL, OpenAI, Anthropic). Your use of those services is governed solely by the respective terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for any third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
pdforte is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, pdforte, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the date of the latest revision. Continued use of pdforte after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
